Haridwar, one of the holiest pilgrimages of Hindus, form an important part of Kumbh Mela that takes place once in 12 years. Haridwar is also a venue for a congregation of lakhs of worshippers. Devotees come here from all over the country to take bath in the Holy Ganga. With a spirit that faith can move mountains, we invite you for this Holy congregation also including Agra - the City of Mughals and the National Capital Delhi.


Day 01: New Delhi

Arrive Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi and receive a traditional Indian welcome (Swagat). Our representative will be there to assist you and then transfer to the pre-booked hotel for check in. After taking a short break we begin the tour of Delhi, the bustling metropolis.

New Delhi - The National Capital
Once the capital of Pandavas, Delhi’s story begins from Indraprastha. Having changed hands from Rajputs, Mughals, Tughlaqs and British, it has become a combination of various cultures. The rulers have left their mark in the monuments they built. In our one day sightseeing, we will cover the following monuments:

Red Fort: The red-coloured sandstone monument is a venue for the country’s Independence Day celebrations. Every year, on 15th August, India witnesses the Prime Minister hoisting the National Flag. For a visitor, the monument is an awe-inspiring Mughal monument with a museum inside that is a must visit.

Parliament House: Seat of Indian Parliament, the circular monument designed by Herbert Baker house the ‘Lok Sabha’- Lower House and ‘Rajya Sabha’- the Upper House.
Rashtrapati Bhawan: Home of the President of India and an epitome of India's strength; the grandly classical monument is a design of Lutyens and Baker.

Prayagraj Kumbh Mela

India Gate: Pride of Rajpath, the monumental gate is also a memorial to more than 70,000 martyrs, who laid down their lives for the mother nation. Inside is the Amar Jawan Jyoti, an eternal flame dedicated to the martyred soldiers.
Other places to visit in Delhi are Jantar Mantar, Birla Mandir, Qutub Minar, Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat, Humayun's Tomb, Akshardham Temple and many others. Chandni Chowk is a foodie’s heaven.
Return to the pre-booked hotel for overnight (B).


Day 02: Agra - City of Mughals

Today, we leave for Agra, the beautiful city on the banks of Yamuna. Once the capital of Mughals, it has three UNESCO World Heritage Sites namely Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri.


Taj Mahal: The beautiful white marble mausoleum of Mumtaz Mahal was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan between 1631 - 1648. A jewel of Islamic architecture, its breathtaking design has drawn tourists from all over the world. Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays.

Agra Fort: Once the main residence of the Mughals, Agra Fort is the double battlemented massive structure of red sandstone. Inside, one will find Jahangir Mahal, Khas Mahal, Diwan-i-Khass, Diwan-i-Am, Machchhi Bhawan and Moti Masjid.
We then return to New Delhi to our pre-booked Hotel (B).  


Day 03: Delhi – Haridwar

Morning we drive to Haridwar, for the historic Kumbh Mela that is attended by lakhs of devotees for the Holy Snan (bath). Haridwar is one of the four sites of Kumbh Mela, the others being Prayag (Prayagraj), Trimbak (Nashik) and Ujjain.
Check into the Luxury Tent and then go for a holy bath in the Ganga and return in the evening.

Day 04: Haridwar (Participation in Kumbh with Sahi Snan / Holy Bath)Prayagraj Kumbh Mela
Day will be spent in exploring the Kumbh Mela and attending the ceremonies.

Day 06: Haridwar - Delhi & Departure

Early morning we drive back to Delhi. Arrive and transfer you to airport to board the flight for onward destination with great memories of Kumbh Mela.
