Day 01 : Arrive Delhi

Arrive by International flight. After traditional 'Swagat' (Welcome), our representative would assist you at the airport & transfer you to the hotel for check in. Delhi is a bustling metropolis, It blends both the ancient with modern. Due to its strategic location, many successive dynasties chose it as their seat of power. Several mythological cities have originated in Delhi, like the city of Indraprastha from the Hindu epic Mahabharata, founded around 5000 BC. Numerous monuments were built over several centuries by different rulers like Qutub-ud-din Aibek, Alauddin Khilji, Tughlaks, Humayun & Shah Jahan, who also built the Walled City Shah Jahanabad. Later in first half of 20th century, much of New Delhi was planned by Sir Edwin Lutyens, who laid out a grandiose central administrative area as a testament to British rule in India.

Day 02 : Delhi - Nashik (By Train)

Full Day Tour of Delhi
Today we take a guided tour of Old Delhi, the 17th century walled city of Shah Jahanabad. We visit the great Jama Masjid, the principal mosque of Old Delhi. Built in the year 1656 AD by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, it is the largest & best known mosque in India. Later we walk down or take a rickshaw ride through Chandi Chowk, the old marketplace of Shah Jahanabad, now a picturesque bazaar and then reach Red Fort, built in the year 1648 by Shah Jahan.

In New Delhi, we visit Raj Ghat, memorial to the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. It is a simple black marble platform that marks the spot of his cremation on 31 January 1948. Further we drive past India Gate, memorial built in the year 1931 to commemorate the Indian soldiers who died in the World War I & the Afghan Wars. The names of the martyrs are inscribed on the walls. President's House, the official residence of the President of India, was built in the year 1931. Until 1950 it was known as Viceroy's House & served as the residence of the Governor-General of British India. We will also visit Humayun's Tomb, memorial of Mughal Emperor Humayun, built in the year 1562. The complex is a World Heritage Site & the first example of this type of Mughal architecture in India. Qutub Minar, built in the year 1206 by Qutub-ud-din Aibek. It is the tallest (72m) brick minaret in the world, an important example of Indo-Islamic Architecture. Qutub Minar & its monuments are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

After Full day sightseeing we will drop you at New Delhi Railway station to board the train for Nashik.

Day 03 : Arrive Nashik

In the Morning, we will arrive at Railway Station and transfer you to the Luxury Tent for check-in. Nashik is a located on the banks of the Godavari River, the holy river which flows through old Nashik. The town is the highest producer of grapes & onions in India. The Nassak Diamond, derives its name from the fact that it had long remained in the Trimbakeshwar Shiva Temple, near Nashik. The Godavari River flows through Nashik from its source, which lies to the southwest of the city, in Trimbakeshwar.

Day 04 : Nashik (Participation in Kumbha with Sahi Snan / Holy Bath)

Morning drive to Nashik to visit Kumbh Festival. There are certain bathing dates, when you will have opportunity to see more religious people in processions and bigger gatherings. The observance of Kumbh Mela has achieved international popularity as "The biggest act of faith." Millions of pilgrims come to participate in the holy event of Maha Kumbh with a tremendous faith. They have a "persistent trust in something sublime". The pilgrims come from all walks of life, with a belief that their sins will be washed off in the holy waters of the sacred river Ganges if they take a dip during the Kumbh but the actual and more science based reasons are different. It is actually the position of stars and constellations during the Kumbh that makes it significant to take a dip in the river at that time..

This Day is free for you for your own activities.Evening return back to Camp.

This Day is free for you for your own activities.Evening return back to Camp.
Overnight in Tented Accommodation –Nashik .

Day 07 : Nashik - Delhi (By Overnight Train)

Full day free to visit Kumbh Festival site. In the evening transfer to Nashik railway station to board the train Delhi.

Day 08: Arrive Dellhi & Departure

Morning we will arrive at Railway Station, meet our representative and transfer you to airport to board the flight for onward destination with great memory of Kumbha Mela.
